Your video stays on your PC

HaloCam processes your camera picture entirely on your own computer. No video, photos or face data are ever sent to us or anyone else. The app does not contact the internet, except when you click a link to this website.

When you buy

Payment is handled by PayPal; we never see your card details. From PayPal we receive your name, email address and the order number. We keep your email address and order number so we can send you your licence key and resend it if you lose it. We use your email only for that and for important messages about your purchase. We do not sell or share it, and we do not send marketing emails.

Where it is stored

Order records are stored securely with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Licence emails are sent from info@byfaithglobal.com through Google Workspace.

Your rights

You may ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@byfaithglobal.com. This is in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
